I saw a reference somewhere to a thread in the FAQ (I thought) that listed some case law. I have gone through the FAQ and can't find it. Did I misunderstand? Or can somebody point me to it, please?
You may have misunderstood that post. There is nothing in the FAQ pertaining to a case law site...I will be putting something together this weekend for that. I will also be revising some other needed areas. Sorry for the confusion. -Peace, Dave
There is caselaw posted at www.proselitigant.net. Haven't added anything new since the TU case, but there's some interesting stuff there. I'm turning that site over to Christine from Bayhouse because I just don't have the time to put into it to make it into a really good resource and I know she will. It will also become a better resource if you guys contribute what you run across. L
