One was at 0.00 the other has about 500.00 from an anniversary trip. I got the offer on the one with 0 balance.

Try to log on to http://balancetransfer.accountonline.com and to check your account qualify for lower rate balance transfer. Try to see whether your account is qualified or not.Let me know. Good luck.

That's what they gave me on my balance transfer offer letter.
