Re: -> CreditNet Testimonials!
I just came across this site and have seen many referrences to you (Butch) and much gratitude to this site for helping them repair their credit. Problem is, I have only heard the praise and not the "how to's." I need serious help and I am not quite sure where to start. Any suggestions?!

Re: Re: -> CreditNet Testimonials!
I had $25,000 in credit card debt - although I had excellent credit, I was in over my head. After being layed off in 2001, I had to let the credit bills go. My credit report states that $14,000 of that debt is reported as "charged-off," and the rest has been sent to collection agencies. I am a graduate student and do not have the money to pay now, but I plan to In the future. I am confused as to where I should start to repair my credit. In addition, I plan to get married in a few years and I am terrified at what this will do to my future husbands perfect score, and at the idea of trying to buy a home, car, etc. I am feeling overwhelmed as to what I can do, if anything. I have so many questions, I don't quite know where to start - such as what will this do to my husband's credit when I marry; also, can I remove the charge-offs somehow if I pay them; should I start disputing things to see if they can be dropped off, etc. Any advice you have as to where I can get this info would be GREATLY apprecitated. I am tired of this sick feeling in my stomach....

NEED A LITTLE INSIGHT!
What type of debt did/do you have? I have about $25 in credit cards debts, of which I am paying on all of them. Discover is kicking my butt with a 19.99% interest rate. I have always paid on my credit cards, they are all except 3 closed accounts. What is your advice?

I just want to tell all of you wonderful people thank you. You have changed so many lives. I have used the imformation on this site to change my families lives as well as many friends lives. I am the mother of five children and I am sure that all of their futures have changed as well. I am certain that my children will be able to attend college. Because I and my husband are no longer in credit pergatory, we have the ability to become the type of family we deserve to be. It is truly sad that something like a credit report could have held down two hard working people like us, but it did. I purchased a home three years ago which I now have over 100,000 in equity and very decent credit scores.
I have a respectable amount of credit and also a decent amount of savings. We are secure against the wolf that could come to the door. I am attending graduate school and will have a masters degree and intend to get my Ph.D.
I have mostly been a lurker, and not nearly as aggressive as I should have been, but I finally made it.
I do think that there is a tremendous amount of value in doing it myself. It has made me damn sure that it will never happen again. Almost like making ammends. I Love you all. Your a group of pioneers who question everything! What a blessing you all have been to me.
God Bless

Greetings all!
Stumbled across you guys a few months ago as I continued to research credit repair. I started 1 year ago last month and have gone from a 480 (no active credit and charge offs from 3-4 years prior) to 625 now. It would be much better had I found you guys back then instead of shooting in the dark as I was on my own.
I have some old paid in full CA listings that I wanted to get rid of, but they kept getting verified by the CBs, have made three attempts in the past year to no avail. In reading and reading here I found the Nutcase letter and thought "what the hell, it might work..." All "bad" TL were paid in full with out settlement (OUCH!) two years ago except for one.
NCO was listed for one TL with different names (NCO Fin., RMA, Risk Management Alternatives) all for the same paid in full debt, multiple times on each report.
Nutcase letters were sent certified on Monday (I sent a separate certified letter for each listing (5 of them for the same TL)), they signed for them on Wednesday, and here on Saturday I've already received a response from NCO stating that all accounts they had for my SSN were closed and that I should contact the OCs if I had any questions (dated Wednesday May 3rd). And oh, btw "In addition, please be advised that we have contacted the credit bureaus with which we do business with our request to delete our listing of the above-referenced accounts from your credit profile for the social security number we have listed in our records."
The one "active" that I had I told to go get screwed over the phone was for a company that I never did business with and which was incidentally bankrupt and out of business. After finding Creditnet I sent a DV letter, (contact only by mail, no phone calls to work, home etc or I'll sue); no response from them for two months now, but the TL was removed when I looked last week before sending out the Nutcase letters.
I wanted to pass along my thanks for the information that you all have posted here. You have changed the pen knife I was fighting with into a CA slaying sword.
Thanks again!
James.

I need nothing other than Creditnet to go from bad ($50K owed) to $500 secured cap 1 to $750K in credit (250 house, rest unsecured). And I still have to fend off the occasional collection firm. if you need to go elsewhere for info, you aren't reading and writing enough here ;)
cheers

First off, hello to everyone on this site.
I have been in the process of repairing my credit since February 2006 and have had good success so far. I have been able to raise my scores from all 3
CRA's from the high 500's to the high 600's.
I recently stumbled upon this site and saw the post about creating a Nutcase Letter from PsychDoc. I looked further into the post and saw the info about the Goodwill Letter by Marci and decided that creating a slightly modified version of this Goodwill letter would be a good solution for a problem I had been having with Bally Fitness and adjusting late charges that I had.
I had previously sent a couple of dispute letters to corporate with no progress. So I figured that I should go straight to the top instead. I e-mailed the CEO with my modified goodwill letter. By the next day I had gotten a call from the assistant to the president saying that they were adjusting all of the lates. 1 90 day and 5 120 day lates disappear. Amazing!

I'm Jhazline and a new member of the CridetNet, actually I'm reading all the testimonies in here. I have known that members of CridetNet are the best thing that has happened to their business in years.
I think the service that you and your staff have provided for them and their company is great. I am halfway there. I really enjoy talking with your staff each week and think they are great. Keep up the good work. I would recommend CreditNet services to anyone.

I just removed 3 tax liens. I just called the tax commission and they sent me letters and said, oops, our mistake.
I also removed an item included in a bankruptcy. I called the original creditor and said, "I am trying to get into a house and their is only 5 months left before the bankruptcy is removed from my credit. If you could please help me out by removing this, it may just give me the little extra boost I need to get my family into a house." She said she would remove it. We'll see.
