Thread: $1,000 Per Person or Per Violation?

Question about violations. If I sent numerous requests to Telecheck for a copy of my file, on numerous occasions, REGARDING NUMEROUS CODE 3'S ISSUED BY TELECHECK WHICH RESULTED IN NUMEROUS MERCHANTS REJECTING TO ACCEPT MY CHECK, and Telecheck never sent my file, am I entitled to $1,000 for each request for my file that wasn't supplied, or just one?
