What could that be about? I sent a CRRR demand for validation that they had reason to pull my report. They replied and said I didnt provide enough info, could I send them a copy of my credit report to help them investigate. sounds fishy.. what next. i will send them another letter with the information on my CR concerning their inquiry only. I cant figure out why they would have authorization to do 3 hards on me.
What was the time frame between the dates? One week? Two days? Send them the dates and their name on your credit report with all other informaion redacted in a CMRRR letter. Wipe it clean. Then demand - again - what was their PP since you had not applied for any credit with "cbcinnovis"? 3 hard pulls with no PP? That's $1,000 per violation.
