What fresh hell is this?!? I had a 30 day late from 10/01 on my CC account. The card was lost, and when they issued a new account, they agreed to delete the old account, and with it the late pay. WOrked like a charm, until today, when my EXP report now shows the original account as lost/stolen, never late (!) and the new account, 10 days old, as having been 30 days late in 11/01! What to do? I have a call in to the woman at the CC company who helped me last time, but general cust. service says they can't help me, since they are showing the notiation in the file.
