I have no idea who or what a 5/3 secured cc is..but if you have a website look for a phone number and give them a call.
I did a search for them and came up with nothing. Do you have a phone number you can call? Is there any reason in particular that you want to open with them? IMHO Orchard is a pretty good secured card. I opened a secured card with my bank back in 2000, but they sold all the secured cards to Orchard a year later..and I have never had any problems whatsoever.
Orchard reports to all three. There is nothing on my credit reports that say "secured", never did. Check out their website at www.orchardbank.com My annual fee is $20 - I don't mind paying an annual fee- especially since repairing my creidt will help me in the long run with better interest rates on major purchases. Also, check with your bank, them might offer a secured card.
