Is this company licensed to do business in California? Also are they bonded to business in California. they sent me a letter in regard to a cell phone account I never had. Also in their mini Miranda they say the will contact verizon wireless next week to file their report if i don't contact them by next week. Also should it be thirty days for me to respond back to? I do see this as a violation under the fcda.am I right is seeing this.
