    I PFB'd Capital One after receiving a rejection letter for a card. They sent me a form letter e-mail saying I should call their customer service number for help with my question. I did that, and the guy told me that since my last Cap One balance was charged off (post-BK), they wouldn't approve me for at least a year. Ug. Guess it's my own fault.
