AMEX BLUE is still in the sock drawer...just got off the phone with AMEX...

He said my account is "PERFECT"...BUT...has NO PROMO available...

I told him I could do a BT for like $15,000 BUT NOT AT 12.99%!!!

I said I have a friend that has 5.90% for 9 months...

Everybody I talk to on the internet did have 12.99% and now they have 9.99%!!!

I HAVE CALLED M.C.S., REGULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE, M.O.R.E., E-MAILED, FAXED, I EVEN EXPRESS MAILED A LETTER TO THE C.E.O. (AN ASSISTANT ANSWERED WITH A TWO PAGE APPOLOGY...WITH NO SOLUTIONS~~~AND NO OFFER TO DO ANYTHING)!!!

MAYBE I WILL CONCENTRATE ON CITIBANK...(only problem is my "GO-TO" 12.74%)
The BT @ 0.00% won't expire till NOVEMBER 13, 2002...so I have time to "FIX" CITIBANK.
