First question, can I request OC to send a complete history on this account, i.e. all payments made since acct closed or charged off? I am trying to figure out just how much we really owe. May 2001 Equifax: balance $5342 Past due $5342 figures as of date reported: 11/00 DOLA 2/00 date opened: 5/99 March 2003 Equifax: balance: $4273 Past Due: $1661 figures as of date reported: 03/03 DOLA 10-99 date opened: 6/95 I cannot figure out how they are reporting or how much we still owe them: Jan 24 balance: 4433 past due: 1647 March 4 balance: 4273 past due: 1576 March 26 balance: 4273 past due: 1661 Are they crediting balance or past due with my payments?? Why the increase in the last 2 past due amts, paid them as always. Yikes, anyone who can offer some insight as to how charge off's are configured??
