I still have not had the BLUE and DELTA GOLD credit limits changed!!! Still the same OVER 4 WEEKS!!! I don't know why I assumed 10 minuites was enough... I don't know why on my second call I was told one week was enough... I ASKED FOR 10,000 DELTA MILES FOR ALL THE HASSLE!!! MY LUCK THEY WILL PULL A "HARD"

Re: Re: AMEX FAX READY TO GO... RETENTION was the department who told me I CAN'T "SPIN-OFF" SOME CREDIT LIMIT (FROM BLUE) TO MAKE A DELTA GOLD ACCOUNT"...new accounts said "THAT IS THE ONLY WAY TO DO IT"...and they made it happen... ...BUT THEY NOW JUST DROPPED THE BALL!!!
