I have decided to sue USA funds in addition to EXP for violations under the FCRA. they have continued to verify (allegedly) my paid student loan account with a notation that is is " guaranteed by wage garnishment" the account is scheduled to come off in september and of course, there is no garnishment ( i have check stubs and letter from employer). I have disputed with exp three times and it has been verified three times. I was going to sue exp for failing to verify but USA funds would not give me a letter... so i am sueing them too

I want 2500 plus deletions from all three. Oh, I have a great paper trail.

:::sigh::: don't be suprised if they re-age. That seems to be quite the thing these days. Dispute...they verify. Dispute again...they re-age.

Re: Another Lawsuit

The student loan is scheduled to come off 9/02 but they keep verifying it. I was hoping to get it deleted, but then they verify with wrong information and they are each blaming the other.

Anyway, I told my ten year old that we would be shopping at the "limited too" once i got my settlement(s). I know I will get deletions.
