go to lawguru.com and look up employment law. the site allows posting of legal questions that are answered by lawyers who are familiar with that area of practice. employment law may involve questions of state and/or federal law so a practitioner in your state would provide the most helpful advice and be more likely to answer your questions comprehensively. the site is very active and it is free.
