Does anybody have any info, good or bad, on First National Credit. We received an application that said "You are guaranteed approval for a First National Credit Gold Card with a credit line of $15,000. This is not a "maybe"." It has 0% interest for the first 12 months and after will be prime plus or approx 11.24% based on prime of 4.75%. But is has a one time only $37.00 membership fee. Further details will be sent with card and it has a 30-day money back guarantee for membership fee. In fine print it states "No applications or credit check is necessary when you sign this acceptance certificate. Please see terms and conditions included in your membership package." What I liked is the no credit checks, we have alot of inquires on our report. But sometimes I feel like I have "SUCKER" stamped on my forehead. Thanks for any input.
Throw it away. Does it say Mastercard or visa anywhere on there? NO. It is a catalogue card good for overpriced merchandise from their catalogue. Stay away.
