I'm about to go heads up with EFX and TU in May. I'd like to get additional pointers from anyone who has been in a lawsuit with them.

Obviously, I've done my research with this board and found the famous lawsuit cases (ie. LizardKing, LHK, Danrs, etc). Just way too much info on this board...

As my original inquiry states, has anyone lost to a CRA recently? Why? (I saw one post where someone forgot to bring a file to court and lost)

Are there any FAQ-type posts on this board?
