Thanks for the info, I am in tx and have them on my credit, only problem is that we have already made payment arrangements with them the acct is only $182, and I need it paid off for mortgage purposes, any suggestions since I have already made my first payment? I also realized they are collecting for a co that is not even showing on my cr anymore because SOL has expired. Any suggestions?
