I received a letter from these jokers on 10-16-06 trying to collect on a 15 year old debt. In June, I received a letter from First National Collection Bureau, INC., Sparks, NV, trying to collect the same debt on behalf of RJM. I sent an expired SOL letter to FNCB. I am now sending one to RJM along with the correspondence sent to FNCB. I have also called the Texas Sec of State to see if RJM has posted their surety bond. Any agency doing collections in Texas must post a $10,000.00 surety bond. NO! So, I will also be filing a complaint with the TX AG and the FTC. The number to verify the surety bond of a company in Texas is 512-463-6906.
