Just as a helpful hint when you decide to go against a CA in court- Just came back from beating an out of state CA. The judge was interested in the debt being past the SOL, but was more interested in the agency not being licensed to do business in our state. That seemed to be a real sticky point with him. A lot of CA's use a third party (that you can find on the web) that makes sure that all CA's comply with all the rules and regs of each state. They do a sloppy job. Check your state for licensing info. It's an easy way to win in cour that is sometimes overlooked.
