How do i dispute if received after the initial 30-day validation period and are debt collectors required to respond to my dispute if received after the initial 30-day validation period?

OK. This is where the law is blurry.

The validation of debts is from 30 days from the receipt of the initial communication about the debt.

The only thing that happens on the 31st day, is that they can now assume that the debt is valid.

You can always tell them that said assumption is false, and request validation of the debt.

The only thing that could potentially not apply, if they can prove that you received a communication with the requisite rights, is the mandated cease of collection activity.
