   Saar Banned

   My BoA is 12.9% APR, has been open for 9+ months. Tried to get the APR lowered but their Retention won't budge. Card is now in sockdrawer mode. Chase got my business by offering great rates: variable 8.24%, and (as of yesterday) fixed 7.99%.
