Let’s say you’ve been pretty good about paying your bills but you’ve hit a bump in the road and can’t pay on your bill. BOA has set up a Web site, https://www.myeasypayment.com/Welcome.asp where you can propose your own payment plan. Basically, you are your own collector and you avoid the annoyance and harassment of regular collectors. So far, it’s been a great program and Clark congratulates BOA on their innovative idea.
