One of my favorite people, actually. ;)

Mine, too. He has a rare set of characteristics: Subversive, yet articulate. Conversations with about anyone else end in flames.
I'm trying to understand the mindset of the majority of the members: Doing things like disputing accounts they know full well are theirs just because they don't like the credit file they created for themselves.
You said, "This board is no-hold-barred-use-their-own-weapons-against-them (the courts and the law)."
Certainly there's a limit to that premise. But, why would someone go to such an extreme-- desperation? Are they so jaded that they think the credit reporting system is so screwed-up that real accuracy is impossible, so they just throw in the towel and join the dark side?
The manifestation bores me. I wonder about the spark; the original motivation.
