Thread: Bought Chevy with 621 fico!!!

Hi Guys,

Went to the Chevy Dealership today and bought an '04 Chevy Avalanche with 0% with a 621 Equifax fico and 10 inquires over the last 6 months and heavy on the debt to income side.

Congrats on the Chevy avalanche, nine times over, one for each post =) My dh keeps trying to talk me into of these. I don't know....

0% is an awesome rate with a 621 FICO, how long is it for?

Would yo mind letting us know what state you are in? How much down?

You need a 720 here (Central Florida) to get 0% at the Chevy dealer.

I am getting close. 604 on Oct 1st, when I first read their ad. I'm at 693 now.

More than likely I will just wait until Oct/Nov to get the best price on a 2004 Tahoe.

My plan is to apply for the GM card when I get to 700, use it for everything until then. Hopefully I can generate a couple grand in rewards for the down payment

I am in Atl., Ga...I put $0 down and the loan is for 60 months-GMAC is the lender.

how did you get the score? is that what the dealer told you your score was?

Dealer score matched my Equifax fico score.
