I have been searching and reading links about bumpage but I cant seem to find a real detailed discussion about it. For some of us newbies, can you pros provide more discussion about it for us? I understand that by pulling your reports yourself, older inqiries will fall off... but does anyone have a few more details... how long do softs and hards generally stay on your report?... how do you guys "know" the date some will fall off?... give or take how many points do softs falling give you as well as how many points for hards? Thanks.
