Taken from another board posted a couple months ago. His calling and using profane language is another violation of the law. If your roommate will agree to testify about his using profane language that is another violation of the law. Your room mate could also call up the phone company and demand that their phone be disconnected. It is against FCC rules to use any profanity on the telephone. I did that to Montgomery Wards years ago, back in 1975 and they almost got their telephones cut off nation wide. The telephone company would not actually do it all by themselves, so I had to call the Federal Communications Commission in Washington, D.C. to actually get the job done and that was a lot of hassle, but once the feds got on the case, then the telephone company did too. I then could have actually demanded that they be cut off nationwide but they agreed to a nice settlement in order to keep that from happening, so I went that route. But if I had been strictly vindictive I most assuredly could have had them shut off nation wide. That would have just about put them out of business. (LOL)
