Thread: CA pulls inquiry,marks it PRM?

Sherman Acquisitions is listed in the inquiry section on my report as a PRM, which means they are pulling it for a promotional purpose. Yeah right. Like they are going to send me a cc. I just sent them a validation letter, can't wait to follow up with this added to the estoppel. Am I correct in assuming that since they lied about the purpose it would be a violation?

Just give them credit for not pulling a "HARD"...
Both "HARD" and "SOFT" should be illegal...
