Thread: Can I nail them for this??

Disputed account with CA. After I sent 2nd validation request they added another tradeline to my exp and marked it in dispute. the account #'s are the same except for a few zeros in the beginning. They are located in another state, How do I serve them? Should i file suit? They have created a mess here...

Ideas? This looks like a violation to me.

You could dispute them with the CRA as duplicates, maybe the CRA will delete them both. But of course, that could backfire. Have you ever disputed either with the CRA's?
