If I have a dozen accounts that I want to eliminate and I DV 4 of them and quickly dispute with CRA same 4 TL's do I have to wait a full 30 days to send in an additional 4 TL disputes after DV them? If I have a dispute open at a CRA and then dispute more accounts...does this delay the process for the 45 dyas or are they separate disputes because they are different TL's?

I typically send them as one letter listing all the disputes for all of the accounts...

Do you DV all CA via Fax? Can I OC dispute or Prove or Remove through Fax? Do you ever email? Can Address correction and inquiry deletion be done by fax to the CRA's?

I like the FAX with the Reciept Conf.

I do all of my communications via an electronic fax.

It's quicker, and you have proof of instant receipt. :)

Any letter you can write and mail, you can send via facsimile. It's quicker, and they tend to 'forget' that you can prove the receipt of the fax. :) Ask the company that I'll be getting a default judgement from very shortly. :) I have printed out copies of the fax transmittal verification sheets, and the original faxes as they received them.

    For some reason, CAs don't... :) I can't figure it out. :)
