SINCE WE CAN'T GET ON THE OTHER BOARD WE HAVE TO START OVER HERE, SO does anyone know of a class action suit against cross country bank. Also do you think it would do any good to turn them into the U>S>Attorney General
or the state Attorney general for criminal
abuse to ones credit, for stealing and posting incorrect information, and charging
fees for errors they admitted to but state
they can not take fees off an account once there posted even if it was there mistake that caused the fees to be added. please advise. THANKS
