    T-MOBILE wife's phone won't allow OUT-GOING calls...

    We have FAMILY PLAN (4)

How can they SHUT HER PHONE OFF??? Mine is fine...

AND I DON'T OWE THEM ANY MONEY~~THEY OWE ME MONEY...I OVER-PAID...like I always do!!! (DOUBLE DELTA MILES)...had to hurry and exceed 25,000 miles...shootin' for 50,000 now!!!

I also am supposed to get 15,000 miles for exceeding $5,000 in purchases in first 5 or 6 months...took 3 MONTHS!!!

Air time is air time, George. I doubt seriously based on my knowledge of the industry that they would allow incoming calls (which costs the customer $$$ for air time) and not allow outgoing calls. I suspect that there is something wrong with the phone itself. What exactly is it doing (or not doing)? Remember, T-Mobile does not make the phones, they just provide the service. Someone like Motorola or Samsung or Sony makes the telephone itself. Contact customer service and tell them your phone doesn't work. If the turned it off for some reason, they'll tell you. Their customer support people can help you much more than we can.
