Acutally since I am on ADSL it took me a couple of seconds LOL.

The sure fire way is to go by elimination and check with the BbB first @ www.bbb.com. If it's not there then you can start looking all over the net.

They are a pretty sorry excuse for a collection agency. They tried all the tricks in the book to get me to pay. After disputing with the CRA's numerous times, some just actually removed their listing the first time around while some needed a little more coaxing like TU. But eventually, they have now all been marked as "DELETED" which means it is nearly impossible for it to show back up again.

They actually changed the account number on my Experian report so they could re-list it (it was deleted and then they changed the account number so it could be re-listed). TSK TSK!!!

Right now, they have 15 violations of the FDCPA, FCRA, and MCL. They will be served in the near future unless we are able to settle outside of court for $3000.
