How should the OC report this?

$8000 charged off in 8-2002
BK7 filed in 11/02 discharged 2/03
(this OC was included in BK)

Status: Account charged off/Past due 120 days. $4,878 written off.

Recent Balance:
$4,878 as of 08/2002

I thought the BK would require them to report a $0 balance.

It should now be reporting IIB.

I'm curious about the answer too. What if tihs wasn't with a BK? Can they still list a charge off as 120 days late?

I disputed as BK and it came back verified the way I listed it in the first post.
What do I do now?
