DH has an Amex acct that was charged off and we have been paying the CA, Nationwide Credit for over a year (Nationwide does not show on EQ) My question is, I have never signed an agreement with them as far as terms of repayment, interest rate, amount actually owed etc. I now have them as part of my CCCS. Have I missed something along the way with them- should I have something in writing?
