Hello everyone, I have sent a goodwill letter to Chase based on Marci's model. I sent the letter via Planet Feedback, and to the office of the CEO and CFO. I got a message from the CEO's Executive Office to call them back. Before I do, I wanted to see if anyone had successfully obtained a goodwill adjustment from Chase, and also to see if anyone had any advice on how to deal with the Chase people once I talk to them. I've heard all kinds of horror stories about Chase, so I wanted to see what the good people on this board had to say before I contact Chase. Thanks!
Here is my update of chase goodwill letter. Sent two letter sto two different chase offices via planetfeedback. One office wrote back: "No Way". Never heard from the other office. Checked PG today and tradeline is gone from EQ and TU but still on EX. Stubborn EX !! Is it always so hard for EX to delete a tradeline evn when OC requests it? This tradeline was my only negetive in all three reports. I am hoping EX will delete it soon (wish me luck). BTW: Never asked chase to delete the tradeline only to remove the lates.The account was closed with $0 balance from 99.
