I use AutoPay and want to change something. My Citi Online screen no longer shows any options for AutoPay...only for Click to Pay. Has anyone ever made any changes to AutoPay midway thru the billing cycle? How did it work out and how did you do it?

You can only have 1...you can either do click to pays or autopay, not both. Did you enroll in click to pay? If you did, that would have cancelled the autopay.

Just curious....citi does it different than most others, they will only do one or the other... if you didnt enroll in click to pay, you may want to call them and ask what happened.

I believe Citi's click to pay doesn't work like any other online click to pay.

Whereas with other CCs online click to pay, you can make several payments per cycle, and it posts within 2-3 business days.

I tried to do a click to pay with Citi once and as I recall, it won't apply the payment until the due date. I wasn't comfortable with this so I cancel this payment plan as Jamee25 said (you can only have 1 method) and went with autopay.

I think you're talking about Autopay, that's the one that pays on the due date. Click-to-Pay is the one that posts in three business days.

Soon, you will be able to do both Autopay and Click-to-Pay with Citibank.

No, I didn't sign up for Click to Pay. I have been on AutoPay since I opened the account and it pays my balance in full each month on my due date. This month my pay will be delayed due to a software/payroll change at my company and the funds in my bank account at the time of the AutoPay may be a little shy of the balance in full. I just want to make an adjustment for this month only until my payroll checks are equalized again. Otherwise I'll have to move $$ from other resources and since those pay interest, I'd rather not disturb them.

Just give them a call and they will change the amount to take..Make sure to tell them it is temporary and to go back to the regular amount after this month..

I have a citibank checking account. With the online checking I can transfer money from my checking to my credit cards ( or vice versa).

The payment is instantly applied ( meaning there is nothing due after you do the transfer ) But won't post until about 2 or 3 business days.

I like the piece of mind, since citibank is one of best cards and I don't want to mess up with them.
