Does anyone know how citi reports credit limits on credit reports.

They report mine. As I understand it, the cards that actually have no limit (the world cards) they don't report a limit.

I have a Citi plat. select which reports my credit limit. I also have an AA plat. select world MC. They do not report any credit limit for this card. Only the high balance.

The "no limit" world cards can be used to your advantage: just run up a very high balance for one month, pay it up, and that will be your reported "limit" = high balance. Used this way, it can help your ratio's more than standard AA cards.
