I just a few threads back about citi increases. Now it clearly stated you receive an answer in a matter of minutes not days, yet I got the response I should receive a letter?? Makes no sense I sent them a message regarding this, still waiting for reply. I read that Lady C got this response and later checked and did get increase, just curious if everyone got the same message and if so why in the heck are the advertising express in a matter of minutes?? I had applied for increase around 6 months ago and was instantly told NO LOL b/c my limit was high, have they changed how they do things now?? Thank you
Re: Citi express credit line . Actually. they keep changing the web site. For a few days, i hear it was automagic, now its back to manual review. Call up citibank after 2 days and ask , they will tell you.
