I applied for citi hilton signature on dec 18, got the card yesterday. It had a 5k line and the rep said I could go over the line by 1250 for a total line of 6250. If that wasn't bad enough they pulled all 3 reports. What a waste of time, I thought I would get a higher revolving line and no preset limit.

You also get 10,000 HHonors points as a bonus and a complimentary 1-year Hilton Silver VIP status, as well as guaranteed airport parking. Signature cards offer a credit limit (if you wish to revolve) as well as a no-preset limit (if you don't). All "no-preset limit" cards, even Amex's, still have a hidden credit line, to prevent fraud & misuse. Amex calls it an "exposure limit", which - I assume - means the extra $1,250 you got. Have you tried getting an increase? They normally pull only 1 report for that. Saar

The reason I'm asking is because I'm going to apply for this card soon and I was wondering if I should wait a few months for my score to go up. Is the guaranteed airport parking a totally complimentary benefit for this card ?

Re: citi hilton honors visa signatu They never called me for verification. After I applied for the hilton signature, I did the citi aa silver and gold, got 10k each , instant approval. Thanks to everyone on the board for info.
