Citibank NA goodwill and PFB

I put in for a goodwill adjustment for a few late payments that I had with my citibank checking account overdraft. I attempted to use Planet Feedback but I got no response. In planet feedback the To: part was going to Laura Martinez (executive.communications.unit@citigroup.com). Does anyone know if this is correct for Citibank overdraft accounts?
If not does anyone know where to send these types of requests?

Office of the President
Citibank/Citigroup
P.O. Box 5600
Sioux Falls, SD (don't know the zip).

Google and make sure I'm correct on the PO Box.
