Citibank paid CO gone!!!!!

Yippppeeeeee.....

To all who prayed and wished me well re the Citibank charge off that I posted a few days ago:

A lady from the Office of the President called me today and said that they updated the CRAs to have it deleted b/c it was paid and b/c it was so long ago. And Citi is sending me a letter stating such. Yay!!!!

I am so happy, so hopefully this wil clear the way for me to get some better CC offers with competitive balance transfer rates - and whittle that debt down to nothing!!!!!

Citibank has been VERY good to me and I doubt I'll ever give up my business with them.

Thanks to all on Creditnet. I never would have had this victory without all of you! :-)

CONGRATULATIONS! That is so wonderful! You wrote such an excellent letter. How could Citi refuse. This is great news to begin the weekend. Now you can get a Chase card and, probably, just about anything else you want. You've worked hard and certainly deserve the break Citi gave you.

Thanks, Miles. I'm pretty close to closing my Providian card. They are too sneaky for my tastes.

Reshod, I will pray for you, too. I like to think that there are people in the "collection world" with merciful hearts and I hope your letter runs across one of them.
