    citibank people, questions for ya..

I have always dealt with amex for my everyday cards, and they have been great, but I am dropping my amex gold so I will be using my citi AAdvantage card for my everyday purchases, does citi handle disputes well? Have good customer service? Basically take care of their customers as well as amex? I know their CS MUST be better because in the last 6 months all the amex reps I have talked to I have barely been able to understand, so anyone share their experiences with citi to make me feel better about the decision I have made, I would appreciate it:-)

I have had a Citi card since 1995. I also bank with Citibank.

They have been great to me. In the last month alone my CL has increase $7500 without having to ask for it.

Low BT rates of 3.9% for life.

    Prime + 2.9 for my a.p.r.

If I didn't BT over to it I would use it as my everyday card.

I agree. If you have no use for the Amex, Citi is OK.
CreditWorks' has paid over 19% since '96. Trying to improve your credit to get lower rates and higher limits.
