Citibank Phone Numbers

    Does anyone have a phone number for Citbank in Sioux Falls, SD? The stupid letter I received has none.

    I disputed with the CRAs about 120 past due, in CCCS (NOT!), they sent me a letter that I needed them to send a credit report before they would investigate, then proceeded to verify this info.

    I sent them a nasty letter stating the above, and received their response today:

    "We cannot remove the inquiries in question from your credit reports"

    UM WTFFFFFFF?

    Thanks George its the AA card. But I found their phone number on their website.

    Now, does anyone happen to have a fax number for the credit bureau reporting dept? I called, and they "can't transfer me" to that department, and say they don't have a fax number.

    Yeah right - thats BS

    Thanks, I went ahead and PFB'd, but will hold on to this if THAT doesn't work. Seems people get decent responses that way.

    Should've checked first. Been staying up way to late watching tanks drive across the desert.
