This makes no sense to me and I am not sure about this, but I believe back in 1997 I pd off a coll directly to the OC for a ph bill (who knows if I have the proof anymore) How come just as I'm getting my credit all cleaned up all these yrs later I get a coll notice? This has never even been on my Credit Bureau. DOes anyone know how the ph co would get my current addrs? I don't currently have svc w/ them. Do I send the CA a validation ltr?
