Thread: Couple questions about a CA TL...

I know there isn't a due date on a collection TL but can a collection TL report under the section "Terms" as "1 month"?

Also under "Type" it says "installment."

Now its my understanding that both of these are errors in the TL. Am I correct? If not please let me know because I am about to dispute the TL.

I already sent the CA a validation back in March. All they did was send me copy's of bills.

I already disputed the TL as not mine but it came back verified.

The questions were in response to the way the TL is showing on my CR. I will be disputing it with the CRA.

I just wanted to know if the 2 questions in the first message were true or not. I was going to dispute it by those means. I will not admit to the TL as mine.

I don't think it is 100% accurate, thats how I want to dispute it this time.
