Thread: CRA wont update unless acct# change

has anyone come across this one?

a CRA deletes a good acct with a years + payment history with no explanation, no dispute no anything so fico drops 83 pts :(

OC has been reporting this acct via data tape but CRA refuses to add account back onto CR unless the account # is changed ? huh

OC sent letters to me and to CRA stating that they have requesting acct be added via bullseye CRA still denies request now what?

talk to a supervisor. the OC pays to report it so if the CRA wants to remove it they are losing money.
