    Economic Espionage

    Whoever knowingly

steals, or without authorization appropriates, takes, carries away, or conceals, or by fraud, artifice, or deception obtains a trade secret
without authorization copies, sketches, photographs, transmits, delivers, mails, communicates, or conveys a trade secret; receives, buys, or possesses a trade secret, knowing the same to have been stolen or appropriated, obtained, or converted without authorization
Source: Title 18, USC, Section 1832. Theft of Trade Secrets, 1-05-99

is there any way to either copyright or make your credit information a "trade secret" then sue the CRAs for dissiminating it?

    Just having fun tonight ;)

Or perhaps, when they repeatedly give out your info to subscribers who the CRAs know are using it without authorization... interesting....

Try to copyright it, then file against the CRA for copy right infringement if they distribute your reports. Furhter, charge them royalties everytime they publish...$5.00 a pop...lol
