Using millcbs.com didn't help much. Who pulls TU only in Texas? If what I heard today was right I have a clean TU report in the mail from California to me right now
Christi, Citibank,Citibank USA, Diners Club, Bank Of America, Diners Club, Conseco Finance, HRS/Best Buy, HRS/CompUSA pull credit from TU. Ron.
Best Buy and Citi both pull EQ in Texas Hubby got Best Buy Saturday and I have Citi inquiry on EQ from 2001.
Christi, I guess it is regional and it is different from the different part of the Texas. I guess it is not the same. Ron.
Christi, I am in Dallas and my best report is Experian. I know for sure that Texans Credit Union pulls Experian. Amex. pulled equifax for me last month. My other CU Community Credit Union pulls only Equifax. FCNB ( I have 3 cards from them ) pulled TU each time. Hope this helps. Dan
I'm bumping this and adding Experian to the question. They are ready to settle out of court and I only have 5 negatives and I asked for deletion of all 5. I know State Farm Visa pulls EX in Texas. Any others for TU or Experian?
Christi, What kind of cards have you gotten pulling Experian, only? I live in San Antonio and my score is only a few points higher than yours. I thought I would apply for the ones that you've been approved for. Thanks in advace. Charlie
I'm located in Texas myself and recently I've applied for Citi Silver, Chevron, Orchard Bank and another Cap 1 card. Here's what they pulled: Cap 1: Experian, Trans Union (Several Account Reviews with Equifax though, but no hards) Chevron: Equifax Only Orchard: Experian Only Citi Silver: Experian Only -- cnswift
I have to say that I get mostly Experians and EQ. I don't know of ANYONE that pulls TU (unfortunately, this is my best report!) exclusively. I will continue reporting to Millscbs.com though-and encourage all Texans to do so, because there doesn't look like many of us have been recording info there....
I will pull out old reports tonite and see who did inquiries back when I was applying. I have reports back to 1999. I will post those on millcbs.com as well. Thanks for all who answered
If the inquiries are 3 years old, do NOT add them to millcbs.com. Remember, companies often change which CRA's they are using. Adding 3 year old inquiries might provide the WRONG information for someone coming along looking for what those companies are doing TODAY.
