    Hello

I just want to know when you paid credit cards debts the companies you own (Citi, Chase, Discover, Amex, GE Bank and Capitol One) you repaid them all the amount they put you in a blacklist even you repair your credit score when you applied a new credit cards with that companies I mentioned? Or they have certain years of penalty because you owned them money.
Also if someone know the years of penalties to applied again if is any penalties years of this companies; Citi, Chase, Discover, Amex, GE Bank and Capitol One.

    Thanks.

Sorry for the slow reply Johnplace. Every credit issuer will have different internal guidelines for how they treat previous customers with negative account histories. There isn't a specific blacklist that's shared among credit card issuers, although they will of course all look at your FICO scores when determining if they should issue you a new account. The fact that you did pay off your debts certainly looks better than if you have a bunch of unpaid charge-offs on your credit reports.

I can only speak of GE/Synchrony & C1 from personal experience, and they've approved accounts even with adverse prior histories; not sure of the time-frame which they would have denied for with the previous bad history, though.

Yea, I've heard from friends that Capital One is pretty forgiving compared to other credit card issuers like AMEX.
