   Great article, marci. You know, it wouldn't surprise me if the CRAs farmed out their work to prisons, too. Or to institutions for the criminally insane, for that matter. I can definitely picture an Experian CSR in a Hannibal Lechter-style mask and a headset saying, "I'm sorry, sir, but we did not receive your dispute."
